Georgi and Kelly, a mother-daughter team, joined forces to create eLaps through the Create-X Program at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2026.
Georgi is working towards her master's degree in mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech, and she graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from Swathmore College, where she was a member of their women's swim team for her collegiate career.
Kelly is a CPA and serial entrepreneur who has started multiple companies, bringing both mom know-how and business knowledge as an advisor to eLaps and Georgi.
Both Georgi and Kelly love to swim - both competitively and recreationally - and enjoy being around the water. They can often be found splitting a lane at master's practice, working on flip turn techniques and chatting up a storm.
